Track Chatto 0.5.0-beta.6

Regenerated all proto bindings from the v0.5.0-beta.6 tag. The wire delta
over 0.5.0b4 is small: MyAccountService splits presence into a saved private
choice and the legacy transient live report - new GetPresencePreference /
SetPresencePreference (a stored OFFLINE means 'Appear Offline' and is allowed;
SetPresence still rejects OFFLINE/UNSPECIFIED; a stale expected_revision
returns ABORTED) and RefreshPresence for 30-second liveness. Message gains
viewer_state (MessageViewerState.can_reply_in_thread), the viewer-resolved
capability for interaction-scoped posting that the beta's breaking
permissions change introduces; it is present even before a durable thread
exists. The realtime event oneof grows to 48 members with the new
viewer_presence_preference_changed hint (empty payload, delivered only to the
account whose own choice changed).

Client adaptations: get/set_presence_preference and refresh_presence on
ChattoClient, PresencePreference and MessageViewerState dataclasses in
types.py and the public API, and Bot dispatches the new realtime event as a
presence_preference event and mirrors the three preference verbs. The protoc
generator's tag pinning now understands PEP 440 pre-releases (0.5.0b6 ->
v0.5.0-beta.6) via exact git ls-remote probes.

Verification: ruff + mypy clean (no new errors vs the b4 baseline), 86 unit
tests passing (8 new covering the preference RPCs, the new event and its bot
dispatch), live GetServer round-trip and live bot integration tests passing
against Chatto HQ.
