Ignore .beans/ and .claude/ so they stay out of git

The bean files and Claude Code local settings are workflow-local; they
never belonged in the shared history. History was rewritten to purge
them (along with the old robochatto.env/db credential leftovers). This
gitignore change prevents them from being re-added going forward.
