Track Chatto v0.5.0-beta.13
Regenerated proto bindings and vendored ConnectRPC stubs from
chattocorp/chatto@v0.5.0-beta.13. The wire delta is empty: the beta.13
release ships only CLI, frontend, operator, CI, and performance changes
(guided server setup, Paseo workspace routes, call-tile context menus and
picture-in-picture, external sign-in identity management, Markdown
footnotes, concurrent profile decryption for member search) with no
changes to the Connect or realtime protobuf surface, so no client
adaptations were required.
Verification: ruff format/check clean (27 files); mypy adds zero new
errors vs baseline (6 pre-existing import-untyped); pytest 92 passed,
2 skipped; live GetServer against https://chat.chatto.run returns
version 0.5.0-beta.13; live bot integration receive-path tests pass
(2 passed, second-user test skipped).
Bumped version 0.5.0b12 -> 0.5.0b13.
